Powerlifting Class

Power lifting is an advanced class for individuals who want to stack plates and bend bars. A full body workout, lifting heavy weights with advanced lifting techniques.

1:1 Training

Personal training is specific to each individual. I will leverage your strengths and challenge your weaknesses. I will push you outside your comfort zone to help build courage and strength to achieve your goals.
